1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the carpentry services provided by LG Carpentry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the services.
2. Services Provided
LG Carpentry specialises in carpentry services, including but not limited to the installation of doors, kitchens and custom carpentry.
3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by LG Carpentry are based on the information available at the time of the quote. Actual costs may vary based on additional requirements or unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the provision of services.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for carpentry services is due as follows: Clients are required to provide a 50% deposit prior to the commencement of work, with the remaining balance payable upon completion and satisfactory inspection of the completed project. Payments are accepted exclusively in British Pound Sterling. All invoices must be settled within 14 days of receipt to ensure timely processing and project continuity.
5. Changes and Cancellations
Changes to the scope of work or cancellations must be communicated to LG Carpentry in writing. Additional charges may apply for changes
requested after work has commenced.
6. Warranty
LG Carpentry provides a warranty on craftsmanship for a period of a week from the completion of the project. This warranty covers defects
arising from normal use of the carpentry work.
7. Liability
LG Carpentry will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our carpentry services or any issues related to the provided services.
8. Intellectual Property
Any custom designs, drawings, or plans created by LG Carpentry forthe client’s project remain the intellectual property of LG Carpentry unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
